Return & Refund Policy

At TeeByTee, every product is made with care and quality in mind. As most of our products are made to order, we request you to read this policy before placing your order.

Our goal is to ensure a fair and hassle-free experience for all our customers.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • You receive an incorrect product or the wrong size compared to what you ordered.

  • Your order is incomplete or an item is missing.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the product along with your order number.


Items Not Eligible for Return

As our products are printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected while ordering

  • Colour expectations due to screen/display differences

  • Minor variations in print placement or colour that do not affect product quality

Please refer to the size guide available on each product page before placing your order.


Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification.

Exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects or order errors may not be possible.


Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email usΒ within 5 DAYSΒ of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), TeeByTee will bear the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

For returns requested for any other reason (where applicable), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.


Cancellation of Orders

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible as each item is made specifically for your order.
